How do I track my electrician?

Once you approve a job, Sparky keeps you informed every step of the way. You'll receive an SMS notification when the electrician accepts the job and confirms their estimated arrival time. When they're on their way, you'll get another update. Throughout the process, you can communicate directly with the electrician through our in-app chat system, which also works via SMS if you prefer text messages. This real-time communication channel lets you ask questions, provide gate codes or parking instructions, or request updates on their arrival. The electrician can also send you photos, confirm they've arrived, or ask clarifying questions about the work. All messages are logged in the app for your records. You can also see the job status at any time—whether it's confirmed, in progress, or awaiting completion. This transparency ensures you're never left wondering when help will arrive or how the job is progressing.
