What if I'm not happy with the work?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's any issue with the electrical work completed, contact Sparky support immediately through the app before confirming job completion. Because we use a hold-then-capture payment system, no money is transferred until both you and the electrician confirm the job is done to your satisfaction. If you report a problem, our support team will mediate between you and the electrician to understand the issue. Common resolutions include the electrician returning to fix the problem at no extra charge, a partial refund for incomplete work, or full cancellation with no payment captured. All electricians on Sparky are qualified professionals, held to professional standards and their work is backed by industry warranties. We keep detailed records of all communications and can escalate disputes to the relevant trade body if necessary. Your payment is only released once you explicitly confirm satisfaction.
