When do I get paid?

Payment processing is fast and secure through Stripe Connect. After you complete a job, you confirm completion in the app. The customer also confirms they're satisfied with the work. Once both confirmations are received, Sparky captures the payment from the customer's held funds and initiates a transfer to your connected bank account. This transfer typically takes 1-2 business days to appear in your account, though it can be faster depending on your bank. You'll receive an email notification when the payout is initiated and when it completes. To receive payments, you need to set up a Stripe Connect account—this is a one-time process that takes about 5 minutes and requires your business details and bank account information. You can track all your earnings, pending payouts, and payment history in the Sparky electrician dashboard. If a customer has an issue and the payment is disputed, the funds are held until the dispute is resolved, but this is rare with our dual confirmation system.
