How do I update my profile or certifications?

Keeping your Sparky profile current is important for receiving relevant job offers and building customer trust. To update your profile, log into your electrician account through the app or web dashboard. From there, you can update your NICEIC or NAPIT registration number and expiry date, upload new certification documents (Part P, 18th Edition, inspection and testing qualifications, etc.), change your service areas or maximum travel distance, update your availability hours and days, modify your contact phone number or email, upload or change your profile photo, and add or remove service specializations (domestic, commercial, EV charging, solar panels, etc.). When you update certifications, our team reviews and verifies them within 24-48 hours before they appear publicly on your profile. Accredited credentials significantly increase customer confidence and job acceptance rates. You'll receive notifications when certifications are approaching expiry so you can renew and update them promptly. We recommend reviewing your profile monthly to ensure all information is accurate. A complete, up-to-date profile with accredited certifications receives up to 40% more job offers than incomplete profiles.
